Our Programs
IN HOME FAMILY SUPPORT
We work closely with the Department of Child Safety, Seniors and Disability Services to reunify families and do so in a way which supports their long-term safety and happiness.
- Domestic and family violence
- Youth justice
- Drug and alcohol dependency
- Childhood trauma
- Parenting skills
- Eating disorders
- Self-harming
- Assisting families on how to navigate NDIS
- Household and domestic tasks
- Future planning
- Community connections
Our program is unique and can be tailored to meet the individual needs of families that we support. Therefore, we have both Family Support Workers and Case Managers linked with a family for the duration of the support.
